What should I include in a custom glassware inquiry?
Include a drawing or sketch, glass material if known, dimensions, tolerances, joint sizes, quantity and intended application. Mark critical features and provide the drawing revision.
Can I start with a small order or a sample?
Include your sample requirement and expected order quantity. Minimum quantities, sample arrangements and pricing need to be reviewed for the specific design.
Which drawing files can I send?
The form accepts PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 8 MB. For CAD files or larger documents, mention the format in your inquiry so a transfer method can be arranged. If an NDA is required, request it before sending confidential details.
